Bowen therapy, or the Bowen technique, is a non-invasive, complementary holistic therapy which targets certain points on the body with gentle rolling movements to help it balance, repair and reset itself.
Bowen works on the bodies soft connective tissue or fascia. A Bowen treatment consists of sequences of small moves, at specific sites on the body. Clients experience energy recovery, a reduction in pain and an improvement of function.
